What is MA?
MA is a postgraduate, taught, masters degree. One can specialise in specific subject areas and earn an MA.
Specialisation:
British business schools offer MA programs with various specialisations. An MA programme is outlined for those who want to specialise in a specific subject areas for example Marketing, Human Resources, Hospitality & Tourism, Entrepreneurship, Innovation or any other non-Engineering related field.
Career Progression:
MA is designed for students who have just graduated with a bachelor's degree and want to gain an in-depth knowledge in a specific field and don't have the work experience. For further help and advice, ask our alumni on Facebook and they will tell you in which part of the world they are and how they are benefiting from their MA Degree.

No experience is necessary however, some business schools do insist students to be of high caliber and this can be proved by a combination of excellent scores during the undergraduate study, strong references from your university or your employer supporting your candidacy and a GMAT or even a GRE score if you intend to specialise in a quantitative field.
You must be able to prove your English language skills which include; ability to read, write, comprehend, evaluate, critically analyse & draw conclusions from a given complex text. Usually, if your first language is not English or your education and or your work experience have not been in English language medium than you will have to take the IELTS or TOEFL test. A typical IELTS score of 5.5 and above or a TOEFL score of 550 and above is a general requirement in order to gain entry into the highly demanding MA course. In some cases, telephonic interviews conducted by the British business school along with strong references from work or your university may help you skip the IELTS or the TOEFL test.
